I had a large job and went to many different contractors. I felt more comfortable with TomKat because of their attention to detail and not leaving any stone unturned. I had a major termite infestation that required the entire bottom floor being removed and new footers placed and new bathroom and laundry room. Many contractors came through and none could give me a definitive log of necessary work. They warned me of what was to come and when they ran into any issues they contacted before proceeding to make sure work was done to code and with my approval. They were very professional and I was informed of everything going on. I have never felt more comfortable with any contractor. They came in the final day for me to walk through with them and make sure they would correct any issues I had, none were had. My home passed inspection and sold before it hit the market because of the flawless work done by TomKat. I will always use TomKat based on my past experience on an unimaginable size job.
Even after we moved in, Dave sent his painter to do a bit of touch up and his carpenter to check on us and make sure we were happy. Dave and his people are so nice to work with we’ve recommended them to lots of friends.
